CHAIRMAN

Shaun is Chief Executive Officer of Greatland Gold Plc. Shaun has over 20 years of experience in executive and financial positions across mining and infrastructure, investment banking and international consulting firms. Shaun has a successful track record of leading successful transactions including M&A of publicly listed companies, farm-in agreements and raising capital.

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mike was the Western Australian Agent General to the UK, Europe and Israel, based in London, from 2018 to 2021. He has a wealth of experience in the marine and defence industries and spent 32 years in the Royal Australian Navy, where his last role was Commander of the Australian Submarine Group.

Mike is a Fellow of the AICD, he holds a Master's Degree in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from UNSW. He is a graduate of the United States Naval War College.

NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mary has had an extensive career in the resource sector, spanning more than 30 years, with senior executive roles in Brown & Root, Woodside, and General Electric.

Mary is also Chair of Future Energy Exports CRC and NED for Strike Energy (ASX) and Sapien Cyber.

A Graduate of AICD and a Fellow of Engineers Australia, Mary holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Galway, Ireland.

NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Matt worked in Perth, Australia as a Chartered Accountant before moving to the UK in 1999. Since then, he has worked in numerous finance roles in Finance and Private Equity with the majority of his years in roles with JP Morgan.

Prior to joining Business Growth Fund, Matt worked with a number of start-ups which he believes was the most relevant and challenging training he has received to date.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.

MANAGING DIRECTOR - AUSTRALIA

Over 30 years’ experience in Defence, Special Operations, Corporate and Commercial sectors.

Has served as an RAN Submarine Engineer, International Executive Manager and Founder of companies in marine engineering and occupational diving, including Acquisitions and Operations Manager roles.

MANAGING DIRECTOR - UK

Over a decade of experience as an Officer and Engineer in Royal Navy submarines; consultant in the nuclear and offshore sectors.

A broad range of commercial and defence experience across nuclear engineering, explosive ordinance disposal and decommissioning. Bringing cutting edge technology to challenging environments.

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER & COMPANY SECRETARY

Over 30 years in financial strategy, governance, and operational efficiency across diverse industries, including manufacturing, logistics, aviation, and most recently high tech start-ups.

Nick has operated for over 20 years in the UK & Ireland with the last 12 years based in Australia. He is recognised for leading organisational transformations. business partnering across functions, optimising profitability, and fostering investor and stakeholder confidence.
